Apart from the Mantas, which deserve a post of their own, underwater life at Komodo is diverse and colorful. I’ve seldom seen as many Scorpionfish in one dive. Besides, the currents make diving interesting here. On the same coral slope, we encountered down currents, currents in variable directions, upcurrents, and all that while well staying out of the real tidal current to both sides of the island, which effortlessly sucked the diveboat into a whirl.
This one is much easier to see.
