I am very predictable. I like to explore new places and things, but I also tend to come back if I liked a place. So this is the third time I go diving with Blue Corner on Nusa Lembongan, the people who introduced me to diving at my OWD course in 2015.
There are a lot of fish and other creatures to see here, even outside of the Mola season.
Let’s start with Blue Corner’s cats. They are quite relaxed even with lots of divers milling around them.
Then there are fake Bavarians. Behold the new wetsuit Cody brought from Germany. He proved to be talented at Schuhplatteln, the traditional dance/stomping that goes with the costume, but he refused to perform it wearing fins.
But I wanted to show you some underwater creatures…
At the center of this picture there is a Leafy Scorpionfish. I still think it should be called a frogfish as it uses its front fins to brace itself. Found at Sekola Desar.
The Ocellated Dwarf Lionfish, at Crystal Bay.
A huge Hermit Crab at Crystal Bay.
A Banded Krait, also at Crystal Bay.
A Beautiful Snail Shell, maybe still inhabited, at the Nusa Penida House Reef.
And then on the last day we went diving at Manta Point. You simply can’t have too many Mantas…
Amazing
